who I am
Hi, I'm Emma and I’m a Success Coach for Women Leaders in the Public Sector feeling at a crossroads in their career. I help them gain clarity and confidence to decide on the next move that's right for them so they can rewrite the rules about what it means to be a female leader in their field.
Through a powerful blend of leadership strategies, mindset and coaching, my clients are able to unlock their full potential to make the contribution they desire AND be truly valued for their expertise (without having to play political games or sacrifice the moments that matter with their families).

I do this by helping them build their confidence and resilience from the inside out so they can lead authentically without fear and role model the change they want to see in the world.

I believe as women it's time to step up and role model a new style of leadership - one that centres on the wellbeing of ourselves, our familiers and our communities. We do this when we reconnect with who we really are and embody what it means to be a woman with influence. After all, it's passionate and empowered women like us that will change the world.
