who I am
As a working woman myself, formally from the public and private sectors and now owner of multiple businesses, I understand the challenges women in senior leadership roles face in being seen and heard. Particulary when wanting to inflence change. I also understand how much of the leadership training and development we receive talks at us rather than breathes life and inspiration into us. As women, we hold the keys to our own unique leadership qualities. They are not seperate to who we are. And so, when we access this, not only do we become our own unique version of who we are as leaders; but we also unleash ourown unique version of magic - and it's between these two spaces, this intersection, where our true power lies.
